03. How long does a project take to be finished?

The timescale of a project is generally decided by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavor to meet it for you. The most common delay in the completion of a site or project is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

04. I would like you to develop my website, I need to know what is the process?

If you would like to use our services, first you need to inform us for the domain name you want to use and send us a brief idea of your necessities. We will purchase the domain in your name according to your ideas, purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance, we will design an initial web page for you. This is then refined/ changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. After this we will need you to send your contents and images for your site to us and then we will post these on your website. During this entire process you can check the progress of this website development.

05. Should I buy a domain name and any hosting account for my website?

No, we do everything for you as per your requirements.

06. When you reply after submitting your contact us form?

We will email you back promptly within 24 business hours with an idea of price and timeline and any suggestions with regard to your project. 07. Do I need to send a deposit for the work?

Yes, we generally ask for a 50% deposit from clients

08. How does my website get listed in Google and Yahoo?

It is free to submit to Google, Yahoo and few other search engines and you can do that here. We submit all websites we make to Google, Yahoo! and msn and the indexing process depends on the search engine, can take 3 weeks to 10 weeks.

09. What is website optimization and SEO?

All web pages of website should be 'optimized'. This will enable your website to gain a high search engine ranking, it revolves around the meta tags on your web pages, a web page that isn't optimized won't appear on good rank in the search engines ranking. Any support thereafter will be charged and we may request you to get a maintenance contract for this website maintenance.

12. Is my website compatible for most browsers?

"Cross-Browser" compatibility means compatibility with all of the major web browsers. However a Web Page looks little bit different depends on browser, computer, screen etc. But while designing website our Web Designers design the site error free so that it can be compatible and acceptable in most of the browsers.
