How our Search
Engine Optimization works:
A variety of factors are involved in the pricing of any Search Engine
Optimisation campaign. You could pay a small price to
get your site submitted to hundreds of engines, but this
is more of a superficial marketing approach that infrequently
returns surefire results.
Moreover, if it is in-depth Search Engine Optimization consulting
and success that you seek, it will cost more considering
the increased scope of your campaign. While devising a
RFP, it is our goal is to present a clear and appropriate
solution as per our client's business needs ensuring that
it touches on all aspects of the website that can be tuned
to be search engine friendly.
Successful Search Engine Optimization requires a comprehensive,
customized approach based on a site's unique characteristics.
The SEO project will need to strike a true balance between
website's design and functionality, the searching behaviors
of the target audiences, and the algorithms used by search
engines to find results. Contact Us Now !!

Can Search Engines See Your Content?
Almost all websites are designed solely to graphically
appeal to the consumer within the constraints imposed
by technology and bandwidth. Few websites are designed
from the outset to be Search Engine friendly, which can
often detriment later success.
Factors that need to be examined when developing web sites
to take advantage of search traffic include:
- Accessibility of the site to search engines
- Navigation structure of the site to allow deep indexing
- Meta data to provide description of page content
- Targeted body text to increase site relevance
- Incoming and out going links to provide better link
relevance
In the perfect world, a well-designed site would allow
search engines to browse its entire content adding every
page to its large library of possible search results.
The site would never be more than two or three levels
deep at the most - all data 2 clicks away from the home
page.
Consequently, every page in a well-designed site should
be clearly legible to leading indexes.
A poorly designed site limits a search engine to
indexing the first page only. It is important to note
however that we are not talking about sites with limited
graphical appeal or poor usability; we are instead referring
to sites that have not been built with search engines
in mind.
Poorly designed sites limit search engines to indexing
the first one or two opening pages only.
Examples of sites that are harder for search engines to
index include:
- Sites built using dynamically generated URL's (eg
?'s in the URL)
- Sites built using frames
- Sites built using flash
- Sites built using Java or JavaScript for navigation
Search Engine
Optimization Process
Initial Consultation:
We begin by analyzing your website to see
how well optimized it is to achieve a high position on
major search engines. We will also discuss your website
objectives as well as the best method in achieving them
by thoroughly explaining our services and how they can
help you. This helps us understand the unique framework
of each business, to determine a strategic plan and start
our process.
Keyword Research and Competitive Analysis:
Keyword research consists of at least three major
steps:
(a) Discovery - finding as many keywords as possible
related to your Website i.e.…the identification of search
terms normally people use to find a site of your kind.
(b) ROI analysis - finding the most valuable keywords
for your Website. The most generic keywords are the most
widely searched, but also the most competitive sometimes-bringing
mediocre conversion rates. Generally, phrases that most
accurately describe specific qualities of a site yield
the highest ROI.
(c) Competitive analysis - analyzing the strength
of competitors for potential keywords. Competitive factors
include how attentive sites are to optimization issues
and the number of relevant inbound links they have received.
This phase will give you an overview of the competitive
landscape on any given search term.
This analysis will provide you with your
competitors’ strengths and weaknesses along with ranking
and marketing information. We also provide an Initial
Positioning Report that specifically looks at where you
and your competitors are currently positioned among the
major search engines.
This report sets the bar and gives us an opportunity
to provide you a “before and after” picture of your progress.
After the initial research is complete,
the entire findings are sent to the client so that further
discussions can be done to arrive at the most feasible
search engine-marketing plan. At this stage specific keywords
are determined.
Optimize Content Pages:
At this point we begin to work directly
to optimize the website internally. Web pages that need
to be optimized to serve as Gateway pages are identified.
Doorway pages add depth and staying power to your Website.
These pages are created to work specifically with each
separate search engine targeting specific keywords. This
is an integral part of the process for achieving best
results. We pay particular attention to your home page
and sub pages to ensure that title tags, meta keyword
and description tags, alt tags, comment tags, and all
the many other important elements are properly used and
reachable by search engines.
For each of your main keywords, we create
unique highly-optimized informational pages for use by
the major search engines in order to achieve the highest
possible ranking.
Delivery of Optimized Site:
The technical work being complete, we are
ready to deliver the optimized web pages to get them uploaded
on to the server. Now the site is ready to be submitted
to the search engines.
Site Submission:
The site is ready now and the external search engine
submission process begins. A web technician assigned to
your account will hand-submit your site to the major search
engines. After the initial submission, we will continue
this process on a regular (bi-weekly or monthly) basis.
Verification & Positioning Reports:
Once your site submission is complete, we will email
you a verification report. These reports ensure that your
work is being recognized by the engines and has been completed
according to the outline submitted earlier. Reports are
sent whenever submissions are made throughout your optimization
plan.
